Handle the Springs with Care: When removing and reinstalling your screens, ensure springs are positioned on the side of the window frame. This will help prevent any damage to the screen.

 

 Hard Water Issues: 

The Columbia Valley is known for its notoriously hard water, which can cause mineral and calcium buildup on your windows. To minimize this, make sure your sprinklers are not spraying directly on the glass. If they are, consider reducing the water pressure to keep your windows cleaner for longer.

 

Be Mindful of Organic Debris: 

If you have any organic matter, such as leaves or plant debris, near your window, it can decompose and release acids. This can cause permanent etching on the glass. It's best not to leave these materials near your windows for extended periods.
